No. Many of the families we are built for live hours away from the property. Decisions, progress, photos, and documents live in the family portal, and your project contact handles what needs local hands. You can be as present or as remote as your situation requires.

They are grouped for donation, sale, recycling, or disposal, and you approve each group before it leaves the property. Donation receipts are collected in your project record. Nothing leaves the home without a decision behind it.

We are launching with a limited number of projects across Beaver County, Butler County, and northern Allegheny County, so availability depends on the current schedule. Tell us your timeline in the inquiry and we will be straight with you about what is possible.
