Privacy

Your family's information stays your family's.

The work we do happens inside homes, among belongings, during hard seasons. Privacy is not a legal checkbox for us; it is table stakes for the trust the work requires.

What we collect, and why

When you request an estimate or send an inquiry, we collect what you give us: your name, contact details, the property address, your answers about the situation, and any photos you choose to attach. We use it for exactly one purpose: understanding your project and responding to you.

When your family has a portal, we store your project information: rooms, item decisions, messages with your guide, documents, and progress photos. That is the product; it exists so your whole family can see the same picture.

When you chat with Hazel, our digital assistant, your messages are processed to generate a reply. Please do not share financial details, medical records, passwords, or alarm codes in chat; Hazel is instructed to ask you not to, and a real person never needs those either.

What we never do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site. The only cookie we set is the one that keeps your family signed in to your portal.

Who can see your information

Your portal is private to the people your family authorizes plus our staff who run your project. Portal sign-ins are protected accounts; passwords are stored using one-way encryption, which means we cannot read them, only reset them for you. Photos and documents are only viewable by signed-in members of your project and our staff.

The tools we rely on

Like most modern services, we use a small set of providers to operate: website hosting, email delivery for notifications, and an AI provider that powers assistant replies. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. Estimate address lookups may check public property records; those are already public information.

Your choices

Ask us what we have, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, any time, through the contact page or directly with your guide. We are a launch-stage company; a real person reads these requests and acts on them.

About this policy

This policy is written in plain language on purpose. If we change how we handle information, we will update this page. Questions are always welcome through the contact page.
