Estimates are planning tools, not quotes

The preliminary estimate gives you an honest planning range built from the information you provide. It is not a binding quote, an offer, or a contract. Every real project gets a verified price from a real person after reviewing the property, and no work is scheduled until you approve that price in writing.

Portal accounts

Family portal accounts are created by our staff for active projects. Keep your password private, and tell us right away if you think someone else has it; we will reset it immediately. You are responsible for what is done under your sign-in.

The sample portal is fictional demonstration material, and anything you change there may be reset at any time.

Acceptable use

Use the site and portal for their intended purpose: planning and running your family's home transition. Do not attempt to access other families' information, probe or disrupt the service, or upload anything unlawful or malicious. We may suspend access that threatens other families' privacy or the service itself.

Content and information

Guides and site content are general information for families, not legal, medical, financial, or tax advice. For those questions, talk to a qualified professional; many families work with an estate attorney or elder-care advisor alongside us.

Service agreements come separately

These terms cover the website and portal. Actual project work, its scope, pricing, scheduling, and responsibilities, is agreed in a written proposal for each project. If anything here conflicts with your project agreement, the project agreement wins.

The practical fine print

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, and we fix problems quickly when they appear, but the website is provided as-is without warranties. These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania. If we update these terms, we will update this page.
